I had a 32X40ft Amish pole barn put up this winter. Due to the frozen ground, I didn't have the site as level as I would have liked. This resulted in a 2 to 4ft gap under the barn on the lower side. ( see pics) I was concerned about how to fill the gaps with a solid, stable base for my future floor. Travis came out and devised a plan using treated lumber and meticulously worked gravel from the inside and outside of the barn, creating a solid, compacted base for my concrete floor. He installed two drains, one inside and one outside. He poured the barn floor and an area between the new building and existing buildings that is only 5ft ! He carefully planned the job so everything drains perfectly! Overall, I couldn't be more pleased with the work the Keighley Excavating did!

We chose Keighley Excavating to resolve our backyard drainage issue. They regraded our backyard, enabling their installment of a catch basin to feed 6” pvc pipe around our house along the side yard and onto the street. Our drainage problems are history! The work was excellent. Travis Keighley is very professional, easy to work with, dedicated and thorough!
